Two people pulled from the East Tulsa house fire confirmed death – KRMG 102.3

TULSA, okla. – Two people died late Monday evening after a house fire in east Tulsa.

Firefighters say smoke was pouring from the garage when they arrived.

At around 10 p.m., firefighters were called to the house near 21st Street and 129th East Avenue. According to Tulsa Fire Officials, neighbors informed them that two people were trapped in the house.

Andy Little of the Tulsa Fire Department tells KRMG that one person was found unconscious in a hallway and another was knocked out in a bedroom. Both were taken to the hospital.

Little confirmed with KRMG that the two people, a man and a woman, later died.

A doctor will determine the exact cause of death.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated.
