The Tulsa couple marketed thanking Uber drivers for his or her kindness – KRMG 102.3

TULSA, okla. – It all started with a Tik Tok video that went viral.

The Tulsa couple Andrew and a Suzanne Boyd were in Florida with their children when Suzanne’s water broke early. She was just 23 weeks pregnant.

The couple had to be quarantined for months while waiting for their baby to be born and staying in intensive care.

A stranger stepped forward to help during this difficult time. Andrew’s Uber driver Kristin heard her story. After meeting Andrew, she delivered snacks, homemade meals, supplies, cards and more.

She took them to the hospital for the couple to enjoy. She did this for about 10 weeks.

Uber quickly turned to that Thanksgiving Day and reached out to the couple to tell them what had happened on a national commercial.

They flew to New York with Kristin.

Best of all, they surprised her by showing her a new mural that said, “Thank you Kristin for being the nicest stranger when we were in the hospital.”

Suzanne says, “She met Andrew by chance. She could have said I would think of you guys, but instead she went out of her way to take care of us. We can all do this for one another. ”

The couple’s baby is now 7 months old and happy and healthy.
