TULSA – While Oklahoma Senator James Lankford grapples with issues of mob violence in the Capitol and a second impeachment of the President of the United States, he is criticized at home.

Several members of Tulsa’s African-American community have come out in public asking him to resign or be removed from the Tulsa Race Massacre Centennial Commission.
Lankford spoke extensively with KRMG on Wednesday shortly before the House of Representatives vote to indict Donald Trump a second time.
To be clear, he said he had no plans to step down from the commission.
