TULSA, okla. – The Tulsa Fire Department says a home is likely to be a total loss following a fire in West Tulsa on Monday morning.
The crews responded to a call for a house fire near Union and Pine at around 3:20 a.m. on Monday morning.
When they got to the house, they saw violent flames on the second floor of the house.
Andy Little, a spokesman for TFD, said two adults and four children got out safely along with some of their belongings.
Tulsa firefighters believe the fire may have been electrical in nature.
Investigators are still trying to pinpoint the exact cause.
The roof collapsed when firefighters tried to put out the fire.
